Today I went to my parents house to help make buckets of applesauce. There is nothing like homemade applesauce. The entire house smelled AMAZING and obviously like apples, cinnamon, and sugar, YUMMY! We used over four bushel's of apples this time around. Some of the best sauce is made by using a mixture of apples. Today we used Cortland, Honey Crisp, Early Gold, and Gala.
Hopefully all this sauce will last throughout the long winter months until we can make it again next fall.
As you can see, Edward was quite the big helper.

hey it's sarah b. edward looks sooo cute. We miss you guys. He called me on sunday morning :) i heard him jibber and then you must have taken the phone. He can call anytime. Can't wait to see you over thanksgiving!!
